"I believe we all are telepaths.
We just don't remember it."
"I can’t remember at what age I realized I could read people’s mind. I do remember that I thought I was a good observer of the human psyche. Maybe a kind of mentalist who could deduce information from people’s small behaviour. But now, in retrospect, I believe I have always been a telepath, although probably not fully activated.

The first time I consciously observed expressions of my telepathy was with close friends. When the bond was intimate enough, I could see talking was not necessary on many occasions and that the information was somehow transmitted, in another way. I think many people can relate to this, while having a hard time believing this is really the manifestation of telepathy. Never mind. I knew then something was special about this.

Much later, I went through a very powerful spiritual awakening process. I started experiencing strange phenomena, most of which are considered to be impossible by today's science. By this time, came the first confirmations. What I had read in someone's mind could in no way be the product of my imagination, nor merely happenstance. Very specific information came to me, which could be verified.
And it was.

From then on, I practiced. I refined my perceptions. I observed when I was right and when I wasn’t. I became the object of my own experiments. I failed, I succeeded, I failed again. Until I got it. Doubt was no longer possible. I could make the distinction between my thoughts, my guesses, my fears, my desires, and the real thoughts of somebody else. I finally understood what telepathy was. Something much more subtle, profound and accessible than claimed by all the mythology around it.

Because our modern societies have put a strong focus not only on verbal communication, but also on intellectual performances, our ways of connecting to others has become increasingly cerebral, and therefore rather ego-oriented. The variety of media now available to communicate has made communication even faster, hollower and more frustrating.
This can contribute to creating a hardship in people's relationships, especially for those who crave for deep connections. We have never been so full of words and information, but I strongly believe we miss people's Presence in our lives, as well as our own.
In such situation, telepathy offers another type of communication and connection, where intimacy is created not from discourse, but rather from mutual nakedness, from recognition, and therefore from the impossibility of judgement.

About Alexandra Milgrom Torossian
Being a truth seeker and a creative soul, Alexandra has lived many lives. Among them are lives of designing gardens, making movies and writing books. In recent years, she also has studied shamanism, geobiology and herbalism, which she is now practising in one-to-one healing sessions or when hosting group workshops. On this journey to reconnect with all her creative desires, Paris, France, has been an exciting place to live in, at the crossroads of Europe, with its pluri-disciplinary world of arts and expression.

Simultaneously, as a telepath, she had to understand, experiment and discover the extent and the consequences of her telepathic skills by spending a lot of time with herself and by diving into deep spiritual exploration. Keen to contribute to raising awareness and deconstructing old conditionings on human capabilities, she has tirelessly worked on the subject of communication, connection and also on healing through her personal and professional life.
